I don’t come from HR background and I don’t operate from theory alone.
I’ve held senior operational roles across the property, tertiary and government sectors. I understand the pressure of executive responsibility - where decisions carry weight, politics are real and the stakes are rarely small.
I know what it’s like to be technically capable and still find the relational and political dynamics harder to navigate than the work itself.
