Hi, I’m Julie. I know how hard leadership can be because I’ve been where you are. With over 30 years in senior and executive positions, I understand the pressure to perform, the desire to grow, and the fear of falling short.
That’s why I created the Empowerment Suite- a program designed specifically for leaders like you. It’s personal, practical, and focused entirely on your unique challenges and goals.
What Is the Empowerment Suite?
The Empowerment Suite is a 1:1 coaching program designed to help middle and senior managers like you achieve clarity, confidence, and lasting transformation.
Here’s how it works:
Step 1
Individual PRINT ® Profiling
You undertake a 15 minute online survey to discover your PRINT® profile - fast tracking identification of your strengths and potential roadblocks
Step 2
Insight Session
We unpack your PRINT® results - marrying these with the areas you would like to focus on through our 1:1 coaching session
Step 3
1:1 Coaching
5 in total, over a 3 month period.
Each session focuses on what matters to you.
You will come away with new insights, resources and the freedom to experiment in growing your leadership capability
Step 4
Reflect and Grow
At the end of the program, you will measure your progress Your confidence and clarity will be significantly enhanced. You will be seen as a leader and know you have what it takes

The Empowerment Suite is entirely personalised. It’s not a cookie-cutter solution - it’s a deep dive into your unique challenges, goals, and strengths.

The Empowerment Suite is designed for busy professionals. Each session lasts 60 minutes, and we’ll meet six times over the course of the program. Between sessions, you’ll have access to optional resources like reading material and podcasts to deepen your learning, but how much time you spend on these is entirely up to you.

Absolutely. This program is tailored to your specific needs. While we’ll start with your Why of You PRINT results, the focus of each session is guided by your goals, challenges, and priorities and it is not unusual for those to change over the course of the program.
