I’m Julie,
a coach with 30+ years of experience in senior and executive roles. I am a property economist by trade, having worked on major programs of work in government, the private and tertiary sectors.
In the latter part of my career, I shifted into leadership coaching because I’ve been in your shoes. I know how frustrating it is to lead a team made up of quiet achievers, high performers and seemingly reluctant passengers. It’s hard frustrating work as you find yourself spending the majority of your time managing people issues rather than focusing on what will drive the business forward.
Embolden combines my lived experience with insightful profiling tools such as PRINT*, I help leaders identify the sticking points and develop cohesive teams - practically, respectfully and effectively.
Case Study
CLIENT: Composed led a professional development program for the Executive team of a medical research institute in early 2025.
BRIEF: The Chief Executive Officer engaged Composed with the specific purpose of strengthening working relationships within her Executive team.
PROCESS: Using the profiling tool known as PRINT* as a foundation, individual and group profiling was conducted to reveal strengths and uncover how each person can nuance their working styles so they not only meet their own KPI’s but advance the strategic objectives of the organisation.
After a series of 1:1 interviews, a deep-dive workshop was held that allowed the Executive team to surface differing levels of comfort with the direction of the organisation and the impact on the Executives and their teams.
IMPACT: The workshop sensitively allowed differing views to be shared. It generated a deeper appreciation of working style impacts, how to reduce miscommunication and identified where closer working partnerships were required to drive their Strategic Plan.
